We shopped around at MANY stores and found the best prices & service at
Builder's Appliance Supply right here in Orange. Debbie Wagner was our
salesperson and she was a HUGE help.
|
Our two air conditioning units, 75-gallon water heater, forced air units and
other big items all seemed to arrive at once, filling the garage.
|
Getting the granite countertops was very exciting and quite a production. Here
is one of the workers finishing up fabrication on the spot.
|
It took a whole team working for Amin Dashlar (in the center wearing black
sweater) to install the slab of Santa Cecilia granite on the countertop.
|
The Crema Europa limestone bathroom countertops were also done by Amin and the
materials (including granite) came from Marmol Stone on St. College Blvd in
Anaheim.
|
Amin's father did most of the bathroom tile work.
|
Here is our happy installer showing off his glass block wall defining the
walk-in shower in the master bathroom.
|
We love the way the limestone countertops look with the navy Kohler sinks and
Grohe fixtures in the Talia pattern.
|
Here is the "finished product" showing the glass block in the master bathroom. The whirlpool spa tub will be installed next to the shower.
|
It was a HUGE process to put in the glass, too...this picture shows 4 men from
Crocker Glass installing one of the smaller pieces...nervewracking for me but
they got it in perfectly!
|
We got the automatic garage door openers this month...that will be a welcome
improvement and make our life so much easier than it was before the fire!
|
Ours was such a large job, it took an entire day just to deliver the floor tile
and prepare for the installation job. After looking at about 1,000 tile stores,
we found what we wanted at a great price at Italgres California on St. College
Blvd. Installation was by "The Tile Guys," led by Carlos Jiminez.
